I have been dedicated to property management and tourism since the beginning of my professional career. In 2017, I founded Airstay, a company that continues our family tradition of hospitality dating back to 1851. Through my business, I combine a passion for travel, meticulous guest care, and a sense for interior design. I am responsible for the strategic leadership of the company, financial planning, and interior design concepts that not only enhance the value of properties but also ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

I believe that successful property management is built on precise service, trust, and a personal approach to every client.

Executive Assistant

Daniela serves as the CEO’s Executive Assistant. She provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support, manages the calendar, oversees the onboarding process, and contributes to the smooth operation of daily activities.

Pavel has over 20 years of experience in hospitality in both the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. At Airstay, he welcomes guests, inspects units, and leads the check-in agents team. Thanks to his approach, every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

Filip has experience in both real estate and tourism. After his studies and time abroad, he settled in Prague. At Airstay, he handles check-ins and unit inspections with a professional and reliable approach to every guest.

Michaela ensures the smooth operation of our apartments in Karlovy Vary. She manages cleanings, coordinates unit preparation, and is on-call in case of emergencies. Thanks to her meticulous approach, the apartments are always perfectly prepared for our guests.

With over 10 years in revenue management, particularly in hospitality, Denisa leads Airstay's pricing team. She sets dynamic pricing strategies and conducts market analyses. Her expertise contributes to maximizing revenue and occupancy across managed properties.

Patrik works as a data analyst and is also involved in the digitalization of processes across the company. He seeks more efficient solutions, implements new tools, and helps optimize operations. Thanks to his technical background, he successfully connects data with the daily operations of Airstay.

Kateřina manages Airstay’s marketing and brand communication. She works on content, property presentation, and guest reviews. Collaborating closely with other teams, she helps shape a clear brand image and improve the overall guest experience across all touchpoints.

Uljana leads interior design at Airstay. She creates stylish, functional spaces, works within budgets, and prepares shopping lists. Her attention to detail helps shape interiors that feel welcoming and well-balanced—for both our guests and property investors.

Anna is part of Airstay’s interior team. She assists with design concepts, decoration selection, and shopping lists. Working alongside Uljana, she helps create well-balanced spaces that reflect the brand’s style and enhance the value of each property.

Romana manages Airstay’s administration and finances. She handles invoicing, payroll, tourist fees, and owner commissions. She communicates with clients and local authorities, oversees payment accuracy, and manages deposits and rental payments for student and mid-term stays.

Sára is part of the administrative team responsible for statutory reporting. She handles administration related to municipal fees and guest registrations with the Foreign Police. She supports operations and ensures accurate record-keeping.

Daniel takes care of resolving all repairs and technical issues across our properties. He supports the Operations Manager in daily operations and oversees the entire agenda related to insurance claims, including handling damages covered by insurance and the AirCover program.
